Enjoy a moment on Wellness Wednesday (or any day this week!) 


Try a beginners yoga video today! 

Take a few moments to remember what you're grateful for.  Record your answer on a post-it and put it on your bathroom mirror or your computer screen to remind you all day!  

What are you grateful for right now?  It could be a family member, Netflix, your pet, front line workers, etc.  Pick someone or something you're grateful for, record it on a sticky note, and stick it somewhere you will see it throughout the day!
